Tokoroa Intermediate School Survey - December 2003

To help the Board of Trustees and staff review the way the school caters for your child’s education, we would appreciate feedback on our programmes and policies listed below by indicating with a letter
(A, B, C, D, E).

We realize for the Year 8 students that it is the end of their time with us. Although this is the case, they have been at Tokoroa Intermediate for two years and are therefore in the best position to report back.

It is important to indicate what we do well to avoid making change to some part of school that is operating successfully.

We have asked the students to respond. You might be interested in their views. If you are unsure on how to rate particular statements, you might like to discuss it with your child.

Please use the following key:
A = Extremely pleased
B = Pleased
C = Satisfactory
D = Unsatisfactory
E = Totally dissatisfied
